JUMBO Stillads A/S is Denmark's largest producer of scaffold and supplier of ladders,

lifts and other products for use "when you wish to reach the top"

The Company History starts with a small lift company in Copenhagen in 1968.

The company JUMBO Stillads A/S was founded in 1983. Since then, the range

expanded rapidly and currently includes Folding Scaffolds, Towers, Facade Scaffolds,

Gangways, Stairways, Trestles, Universal Scaffolds, Ladders, Fences,

Chimney Scaffolds, Roof Railing, Couplers, Props, Lifts, Tool Boxes,

Trolleys and much more.

A common value for the products is strength and intelligence - symbolized by the

JUMBO logo, the red elephant.

The success of the company is partly due to the flexible aluminium scaffold system.

The dimensions of JUMBOs scaffolding system have been left unchanged since

the start of the company. That means components bought years ago will always

fit with newer components. The system is both strong and simple - with a minimal weight.

Over the years, JUMBO has been through a major expansion - most recently with the

expansion of 3000 m2 in 2006. Today, factory, warehouse and administration are

together under one roof in Kolding, where the total built-up area is 12,000 m2. In

addition JUMBO has a warehouse in Ringsted. In total, there are approx. 50

employees in the company.
