Activities

Established in March 2005 as a private company and has been joint-venture with HSM from Germany since early 2007, Bonsen Electronics Limited now has been one of the top manufacturers of paper shredders, laminators, binding machines, paper trimmers, guillotines etc. in China.

Our factory is located in DongGuan where is close to GuangZhou, ShenZhen and HongKong in China. The excellent geographic location supplies us a lot of logistic convenience and delivers the products on time to our customers all over the world.

Factory has been certified by ISO9001 for many years and has one fertile production system. There are 1200 greatly skilled production staff, one individual injection workshop with over 36 injection machines, one individual silkscreen / painting workshop and over 20 production lines. The whole production system also has been optimised by Japanese consultants to consistently deliver around 5 million quality products every year.

Innovation has been a key driver for Bonsen to manufacture innovative and superior products. As an R & D team with over 50 engineers, over 200 patents and one TUV approved lab, we research and develop the products tightly to the need of our customers and the market.

Over the years, factory quality control system has been developed and kept improving as well. Our product-liability-evaluation lab is well equipped with over 40 top level testing equipments and is responsible for new products' full evaluation, such as basic performance, technical features, machine longevity, EMC, RoHS, special requirements etc. The evaluation and test must be done and approved before the mass production of each new unit as per the system policy. QC staff are involved in the whole processing of production to ensure that products will be produced and complied with requirements from our customers and latest standard directives.
