Centrator specialises in the manufacture and supply of internal alignment and purging equipment used to assemble pipes and cylindrical components for circumferential welding. We also manufacture circ. welding machines designed for use with our alignment equipment. Increasing demand for higher quality welds means that accurate alignment of the weld joint is essential, especially when automatic and orbital techniques are used. Our range of equipment allows these techniques to be used more successfully, with contamination-free welds ensured by purge systems built into the equipment.
Centrator's experience in the pipe welding field since 1980 ensures we are able to propose the correct system for the job. In-house design and manufacturing enables us to respond quickly to customers requirements by supplying standard, modified or special equipment. Centrator products are sold worldwide, with 75% of sales being for export.
