- Organizování hromadné dopravy osob včetně ekonomie dopravy
- Vytváření regionálního integrovaného systému přepravy osob
- Organizování veřejných obchodních soutěží na zajištění subvencované hromadné dopravy osob v Praze a v pražském regionu
- Uzavírání smluv za hl. m. Prahu s dopravci po předchozím projednání v radě Zastupitelstva hl. m. Prahy
- Kontrola plnění smluv s objednateli a s dopravci
- Rozvoj systémů hromadné dopravy osob
- Zprostředkování dotací a tržeb z jízdného provozovatelům regionální hromadné dopravy osob s vyjímkou DP Praha a.s. a zajištění efektivního využití těchto prostředků
- Zpracování návrhů regionálních tarifních a odbavovacích systémů hromadné dopravy osob a zprostředkování jejich realizace pro předchozím projednání v radě Zastupitelstva hl. m. Prahy

- Organising of municipal transport of passengres, including the transportation economy
- Design of the regional integrated system of transportation of persons
- Organising of public commercial competitions with the aim to get funds for subsiding the mass transportation of persons in Prague and its vicinity
- Conclusion of contracts on behalf of the City of Prague with the transport providers after the preliminary discussion in the City Council
- Supervising the contract fulfilment with customers and providers
- Developing mass transportation systems for persons
- Mediating subsides and incomes from the ticket fares to the providers of the regional transportation of persons, except of the company DP Prague a.s. and securing the effective use of these funds
- Working out proposals of the regional tariff and paid systems of mass transportation of persons and mediating their execution after discussion in the City Council
- Design of the transportation management
- Organisation and economic consultation in the field of transportation

- Organisierung des Personen-Massenverkehrs einschl. Verkehrswirtschaft
- Aufbau von regionalen integrierten Personenverkehrssystemen
- Organisierung von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen zur Sicherstellung des subventionierten Personen-Massenverkehrs in Prag und der Prager Region
- Abschluss von Verträgen im Auftrag des Magistrats der Hauptstadt Prag mit Verkehrsbetrieben nach vorangehender Behandlung im Stadtverordnetenrat der Hauptstadt Prag
- Kontrolle der Vertragserfüllung mit Auftraggebern und Verkehrsbetrieben
- Entwicklung von Personen-Massenverkehrssystemen
- Vermittlung von Zuschüssen und Fahrgeldeinnahmen für die Betreiber des regionalen Personen-Massenverkehrs mit Ausnahme der Verkehrsbetriebe DP Praha a.s. und Gewährleistung der effizienten Verwendung dieser Mittel
- Erarbeitung von Entwürfen betreffend regionale Tarif- und Abfertigungssysteme im Personen-Massenverkehr und Vermittlung ihrer praktischen Umsetzung nach vorangehenden Behandlungen im Stadtverordnetenrat der Hauptstadt Prag
