Spraydrying
In a SILKEBORG drying tower with flat bottom and evaporation capacity of
app. 600 litres/hour we can spray-dry concentrates. Facilities for wet-mixing
and preheating of liquid products are available.
Mixing - powders for food and pharmaceuticals
Different types and sizes of mixers open possibilities for mixing of nearly
any wanted product combination. Mixing plants are separated from each
other to avoid contamination. Some plants are equipped with mills and/o
sieves to ensure a homogenous and clean blend.
Packing
Sachets packing machines, vertical form, fill and seal packing lines,
semi automatic fillers for: Big bags, plastic- and paperbags, tins, buckets,
plastic containers etc. are all available.
Warehousing
DAN BLENDS A/S can offer stocking of raw materials and finished goods in both dry
storage, refrigerated and deep-freeze areas. EDP stocklisting, reception control as well
as shipping can be offered as special services.

Sprühtrocknung
Auf einem Flachboden-Trockenturm des Typs SILKEBORG (Kapazität zirka 600 Liter
Verdampfung pro Stunde) bieten wir Ihnen eine Sprühtrocknung von Konzentraten an.
Eine Vormischung und Vorheizung der fliessenden Produkte ist auch möglich.
Mischung - von Pulver für Lebensmittel und Pharmazie
Durch verschiedene Arten und Grössen unserer Mischer haben wir die
Möglichkeit fast jede Produktkombination von Pulvern herzustellen.
Die Mischanlagen sind getrennt, um Verschmutzungen zu vermeiden. Einige Mischer sind mit Mühlen und/oder Sieben versehen, um reine und homogene Mischungen sicherzustellen.
Verpackung - von Pulver für Lebensmittel und Pharmazie
Briefverpackungsmaschinen, Form, Fill & Seal-Verpackungsanlagen, Halbautomatische
Füllanlagen für Big Bags, Plastik- und Papiersäcke, Dosen, Eimer, Kübel und verschiedene
Plastikbehälter stehen in der Fabrik zur Verfügung.
Lagerhalle - und andere Servicemöglichkeiten
DAN BLENDS A/S bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Rohwaren und Fertigwaren
im Trockenlager, Kühllager oder Gefrierlager aufzubewahren.
Ausserdem offerieren wir Ihnen eine EDV Lagerlistung, Empfangskontrolle und im Bedarfsfall auch eine Verschiffung der Waren als Spezialservice an
