Waveform (electroforming) Ltd specialises in the manufacture of electroformed microwave components to customer specifications. Established in 1988, Waveform rapidly gained a reputation for high quality products and efficient service, we are now recognised as one of the leading exponents of electroforming technology in Europe. Waveform supplies components to various industries including the defence, research, communication and space sectors. Components can be electroformed in various metals including copper and nickel with the potential of precious metal finishing i.e. gold and silver, where required. Waveform specialises in bespoke component manufacture and has produced a wide range of products including corrugated horns for high frequency applications, corrugated tubes, feed horns, waveguides and RF shielding. Waveform is fully equipped for the manufacture of mandrels and tooling to support customer projects.
