specialtätningar som finns på marknaden. Prototyper och
specialtätningar tillverkas på några timmar i över 60 olika specialmaterial
Högkvalitativa tätningsmaterial.
Tätningsmaterial blir viktigare och viktigare för den senaste
tätningsteknologin, pga. att marknaden kräver mer högpresterande tätningar.

Sealing materials are gaining more and more importance
in the sealing technology because of demands on the quality of seal.

- with a higher degree of hardness, 57 Shore D)
XH-ECOPUR® (TPU, dark red, hydrolysis resistant thermoplastic

XS-ECOPUR® (TPU, dark grey, abrasion resistant thermoplastic
- polyurethane with a higher degree of hardness, 57 Shore D
- and improved sliding properties) the alternative to PTFE solutions
SKF ECOFLAS® (TFE/P, black, tetrafluorethylene-propylene rubber)
SKF ECOWEAR 1000® (UHMW-PE, ultra high molecular polyethylene, white.

ALTERNATIVE PTFE VARIANTS IN STOCK
ECOFLON Special types (semi-crystallin thermoplastic materials)
PTFE can aside anorganic fillers (see ECOFLON 2 to 4) also be filled
- with organic additives, to produce "high performabce compounds"
Organic fillers are polyphenylensulfones (PPSO2), polyphensulfide
- (PPS), polymides, polyarylate (PAR; "Ekonol") or polyetherether-
- ketones (PEEK)
PTFE matrix can also be modified
- We are using modiefied PTFE/TFM from Dyneon (ECOFLON 5)
Some applications request food compatible PTFE materials.
ECOFLON 1 and 5 fulfill in general the FDA prescriptions
