China Array Plastics, is one of the only full service custom injection molders of High Performance Thermoplastics (HPTP) in China. It has engineering offices in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA and a wholly owned, state-of-the-art injection molding facility in Wuhan, China. The company has been manufacturing in China since 1980.
The company molds PEEK medical devices, highly filled PBT electromagnetic interference (EMI) absorbers for wireless communications cells, PESU dental tools, PSU dairy and food processing equipment, PESU CL vapor proof light globes, optical quality LEXAN PC surveillance camera domes, VALOX PBT high amperage electrical connectors, and a variety of other performance polymers.
China Array's HPTP Applications Engineers come from GE Plastics, where they helped develop and commercialize many of that firm's High Performance Thermoplastics applications. They control the manufacturing process from original design through finished product to insure comprehensive quality control and, equally important, protection of customers' intellectual property.
