Activities
Calor Gas Ireland is the major distributor of liquefied petroleum
gas (LPG) on the island of Ireland, with marine terminals and bulk
distribution depots at Dublin, Belfast and Tivoli, Co Cork;
cylinder filling plants at Dublin, Belfast and Whitegate, Co Cork;
and additional bulk distribution depots at Claremorris and Sligo.
Calor Process Applications:
Liquefied petroleum gas, as supplied by Calor Gas, is particularly
suitable for use in an extensive variety of process applications.

Calor Space Heating Systems:
In many industrial complexes a central boiler plant may not
provide the most efficient heating system. Running costs can often
be substantially reduced by providing a separate gas heating
system for different areas. For example, a boiler and radiator
system could heat the office, with warm air heating in the
warehouse and loading bay, and overhead radiant heating for the
workshops.
Calor Water Heating Systems:
The use of Calor gas for commercial water heating applications is
both efficient and economical. Water heating costs may be reduced
by as much as 40% with the use of gas-fired water heaters. This is
a fact that is testified to by many consumers who have installed
Calor water heaters over the past number of years.
