Wehrle Environmental is the UK division of Wehrle Werk AG, Germany. We specialise in turnkey engineering projects, providing biological treatment systems for the environmental, energy and manufacturing industries.
Membrane bioreactors:
Biomembrat®is a membrane bioreactor (MBR) process that combines the advantages of aerobic treatment and membrane separation. The Biomembrat® process is suitable for the treatment of effluent streams from a variety of industrial and landfill leachate applications that contain organic pollutants, including waste streams that are difficult to biodegrade and high COD effluents. Biomembrat Plus® is used for especially difficult waste streams. Systems incorporate nanofiltration and activated carbon processes to polish the effluent before discharging it to sewer.
Municipal solid waste treatment:
