Fort des ses origines Japonaises, Fujitsu, 3ème acteur mondial dans les services informatiques, a intégré, dans son organisation et dans ses offres, les principes du
« Lean Manufacturing » adapté au monde de l’IT.
Aujourd'hui Fujitsu Services a mis en place sa propre démarche Lean, soutenue par des experts Conseil dédiés.
Ses approches Sense & Respond et TRIOLE, qui complètent les pratiques Six-Sigma, Kaizen ou Kanban, sont le garant d'une approche différente au service de ses clients.
