PRINCIPALELE SERVICII OFERITE:
1) Acces în timp real la informaţii din domeniul transporturilor rutiere de mărfuri, persoane, taxi prin:
- E-infoUNTRR - newsletter zilnic bazat pe e-mail, cu informaţii de actualitate pentru transportul naţional şi internaţional;
- pagina web www.untrr.ro actualizată zilnic, atât în secţiunea publică, cât şi în secţiunea dedicată membrilor UNTRR (reglementări, taxe rutiere, interdicţii de circulaţie, preţul combustibilului, mase maxime pe axe şi mase totale maxime autorizate, etc.);
- InfoUNTRR - buletinul informativ lunar distribuit gratuit tuturor membrilor, autorităţilor, ambasadelor României în ţările UE şi furnizorilor de produse şi servicii dedicate transporturilor;
- suplimente InfoUNTRR cu documente de interes pentru operatorii de transport ÅŸi mailing direct pe diferite teme;
- SMS pe telefoanele mobile ale conducătorilor firmelor de transport, (avertizări, restricţii de circulaţie, situaţii de urgenţă);
- seminare şi programe training (legislaţie transport, fiscalitate, managementul calităţii cf. ISO 9001:2001), mese rotunde, conferinţe de presă, evenimente de interes profesional (Congrese, târguri şi expoziţii, etc.).
Publicaţii de specialitate:
- Biblia transporturilor - cea mai completă colecţie legislativă pentru transportatori;
- Broşura ITD "Timpii de conducere şi de odihnă", Reglementări şi instrucţiuni - 2007 (5 lei/exemplar, TVA inclus);
- Lucrarea "Logistica, distribuţia şi transportul mărfurilor" - prezintă situaţii şi recomandări care tratează schimburile şi transporturile internaţionale;
- Ghidul practic pentru Uniunea Europeană - lucrare care prezintă principalele instituţii europene şi funcţiunile acestora;
- Recomandările europene privind cele mai bune practici în domeniul securizării încărcăturii pentru transportul rutier - pregătite de un grup de experţi europeni, ediţia a 2-a;
- Bazele exploatării autovehiculelor de marfă în trafic intern şi internaţional - un ghid necesar oricărui operator de transport care nu a mai efectuat sau care efectuează transporturi auto;
- Studiul IRU privind cauzele producerii accidentelor camioanelor europene - Identifică principalele cauze ale accidentelor în care sunt implicate camioanele;

2) Acces la sistemul TIR:
- asistenţă pentru admiterea la regimul vamal TIR şi procurarea contra-cost a carnetelor TIR şi a documentaţiei specifice de la sediul central şi birourile regionale UNTRR.
3) Serviciul paşapoarte - obţinere vize pentru şoferi şi personalul firmelor membre.
4) Susţinerea intereselor transportatorilor:
- prin elaborarea şi promovarea actelor normative din domeniul transporturilor rutiere în cadrul Comisiei de Dialog Social din Ministerul Transporturilor; organizarea de consultări şi dezbateri cu participarea autorităţilor relevante;
- prin negocierea Contractelor Colective de Muncă la nivelul ramurii transport, precum şi la nivel de grup de unităţi auto;
- în situaţii punctuale, prin consultanţă de specialitate şi intervenţii în faţa autorităţilor din România sau din străinătate;
- prin susţinerea punctelor de vedere ale operatorilor de transport din România, inclusiv în faţa autorităţilor europene.
5) Distribuirea de ROVINIETE pentru toate categoriile de vehicule, prin toate birourile UNTRR din ţară (Contact: vezi www.untrr.ro).
6) Servicii de turism intern şi internaţional oferite de UNTRR prin agenţia UNTRR-TOURS SA (www.u-tour.ro):
- circuite şi sejururi în ţară şi în străinătate;
- programe de weekend;
- bilete de odihnă şi tratament;
- agroturism;
- servicii de ticketing aerian ÅŸi rutier;
- rezervări hoteliere pentru orice destinaţie din ţară şi străinatate;

UNTRR offers to its members:
1. Access in real time to information concerning taxi, goods and passengers road transport;
Information is at the members' disposal on the following communication channels:
- e-InfoUNTRR newsletter, based on e-mail;
- Webpage www.untrr.ro updated daily, both on public sections and the ones dedicated to UNTRR members (regulations, road taxes, traffic restrictions, fuel price, maximum permitted weights and dimensions, etc.);
- InfoUNTRR monthly informative bulletin free of charge distributed to all members, authorities and to providers of products and services dedicated to road hauliers;
- InfoUNTRR supplements with documents of interest for the road hauliers and direct mailing on different topics;
- SMS on the mobile phones of the transport companies managers (warning on traffic restrictions, emergency situations, etc.);
- Seminars and training programs (transport legislation, taxes, quality management according to ISO 9001: 2000), press conferences, professional events (Congresses, fairs and exhibitions, etc);

4. Protection of the hauliers interests:
- Elaborating and promoting the legislative documents in the road transport field by participating in the Social Dialogue Commission debates within the Ministry of Transports; organizing of consultations and debates with the participation of relevant authorities;
- Negotiating the Collective Labor Agreements at transport branch level as well as at road transport sector level;
- In specific situations, by interventions to national and international authorities;
- Supporting Romanian transport operators' points of view, inclusively before European authorities.
