Technicast Limited is a precision technical plastic injection moulding company specialising in the supply of complete moulding solutions to multi national companies based in Ireland involved in the consumer electronics, and general engineering applications for precision plastic moulded components together with offering down stream activities such as light assembly, including ultra sonic welding, pad printing (with corona discharge pre-treatment of olefin polymers available)
The company also offers Clean Room Injection Moulding/Assembly to a minimum of Cass 8 specifications — with full manufacturing batch traceability
We offer as part of our service to our customers; full project management which includes;
1) Product design assistance
2) Tool procurement from our well established quality base of toolmakers
3) Full validation of processes and k p analysis
4) Prototyping
5) Production and tooling supply and dimensional analysis and pilot production runs
6) Full scale production
7) Down stream support activities such as light assembly which can include
- a) Ultrasonic welding
- b) Pad Printing , with pre-treatment for olefins with Corona discharge treatment
- c) Hot Foil/Cal printing
We have over twenty five years experience of supplying many multi national companies and have learned and gained considerable knowledge from these business relationships and we want to continue to share that knowledge and experience with our current customers and also out new customers in the future.
