Nabízíme volné kapacity v oblasti svařování a obrábění. Vyrábíme přesně obráběné strojní konstrukce,tlakové nádoby, výměníky a zásobníky podle dodané výkresové dokumentace, jakož i nástroje a přípravky. Hmotnost vyráběných dílů do 20 tun. Svařujeme také nerezovou, austenitickou a žáruvzdornou ocel. Vlastníme soustruh SU 80 s točnou délkou 5 m, frézku STYLE CNC, typ BT-1500, soustruh STYLE CNC Teach-In 510x2000 a další standardní obráběcí stroje. Vlastníme také 4 horizontky, a to do max. rozměru V160. Na základě Vaší poptávky Vám rádi připravíme cenovou nabídku.

We would like to offer you the spare capacities in the sphere of welding and machining. Our company is engaged in manufacturing the products in compliance with the customer’s drawing documentation, such as the precisely machined mechanical constructions, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks, as well as tools and jigs for machining. The weight limit of manufactured parts is 20 tons. We are also able to weld stainless, austenitic and heat resistant steels. We own the lathe SU 80 of turning length 5 m, the milling machine STYLE CNC type BT-1500 and the lathe STYLE CNC Teach-In of turning diameter 510 mm and turning length 2000 mm, and other standard machine tools. We are also in possession of 4 horizontal boring and milling machines, to the maximum size of V160.

Wir bieten Ihnen freie Kapazitäten im Bereich des Schweißens und der Bearbeitungen an. Unsere Gesellschaft befasst sich mit Herstellung der Produkte nach beigestellter Zeichnungsdokumentation, wie die genau bearbeiteten mechanischen Konstruktionen, Druckbehälter, Wärmeaustauscher und Lagerbehälter, sowie die Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen für die Bearbeitung. Das Gewicht der hergestellten Teile ist maximal 20 Tonnen. Wir sind auch fähig rostfreie, austenitische und warmfeste Stähle zu schweißen. Wir verfügen über die Drehmaschine SU 80 mit der Drehlänge 5 m, sowie die Fräsmaschine STYLE CNC, Typ BT-1500 und auch die Drehmaschine STYLE CNC Teach-In 510x2000, mit dem Drehdurchmesser 510 mm und der Drehlänge 2000 mm, ebenso andere Standard-Bearbeitungsmaschinen. Uns stehen auch 4 Bohr-Fräsmaschinen zur Verfügung, u. zw. bis Format V160.
