Firma A V S - KOVO s.r.o. byla založena v roce 2000 a specializuje se na velkosériovou výrobou přesných soustružených součástí, především pro automobilový průmysl.
Zejména:
- soustružené díly pro automobilový průmysl
- automatové díly pro strojírenství, automobilový průmysl
Vzhledem k našemu technologickému vybavení, jsme schopni obrábět díly do průměru 50 mm, především z tyčového materiálu. Díly vyrábíme hlavně z automatových ocelí, ale také z běžných konstrukčních, ušlechtilých i nerez ocelí, slitin mědi i hliníku. Všechny díly můžeme dodat včetně povrchových úprav od certifikovaných dodavatelů.
Strojírenská výroba:
- rotační soustružnické díly od průměru 4 - 50mm tyčoviny na CNC strojích
- rotační soustružnické díly od průměru 4 - 50mm z tyčoviny na křivkových automatech
- soustružení speciálních výrobků ve velkých seriích
- soustružení nerezu, oceli, hliníku
- soustružení barevných kovů
- soustružení plastových dílů
- obrábění kovů dle výkresové dokumentace
- obrábění výrobků dle dokumentace ( elektronické, faxové)
- kompletace sestav výrobků
V rámci dokončovacích operací můžeme provádět:
- vrtání ze strany úpichu
- příčné vrtání kovových výrobků
- závitování výrobků
- frézování speciálních dílů
- omílání malých dílů kovovýroby
- drobnou montáž sestav a podsestav

The company AVS-KOVO s.r.o. was founded in 2000 and it is specialized to the manufacturing of precise turned parts in large series, particularly for the automotive industry.
Particularly:
- turned parts for automotive industry
- parts made on automatic machines for engineering and automotive industry
Due to our technological equipment we are able to machine parts up to the diameter of 50 mm, particularly from rods. Details are manufactured mainly of automaton steels, but also of common construction, high-grade and stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloys. All parts could be supplied including surface finishing by certified sub-suppliers.

In the scope of finishing operations we can provide for:

Firma A V S - KOVO s.r.o. - gegründet im Jahre 2000; sie spezialisiert sich auf die Großserienherstellung von präzisen Drehteilen vor allem für die Automobilindustrie.

Mit Rücksicht auf unsere technologische Ausrüstung sind wir in der Lage Teile bis zu einem Durchmesser von 50 mm zu bearbeiten, vor allem aus Stabmaterial. Die Teile werden vorwiegend aus Automatenstahl oder aus geläufigen Konstruktions-, Edel- und rostfreien Stahlsorten, sowie auch aus Kupfer- und Aluminiumlegierungen hergestellt. Sämtliche Teile können inklusive Oberflächenbehandlung von zertifizierten Lieferanten geliefert werden.
