Společnost Montáže Ratajský, s.r.o. se opírá o patnáctiletou praxi v oboru sváření v chemickém a potravinářském průmyslu, sváření metodou TIG, MIG, sváření obalovou elektrodou, montáže a opravy potrubí, výroba potrubních celků, výroba a montáže ocelových konstrukcí. Společnost vyrábí a montuje veškeré potrubní a technologické celky, ať už pro větší společnosti nebo v poslední době na svých vlastních projektech. První část činnosti se týká potravinářských a chemických provozů z nerezavějících ocelí. Příklady realizací: pivovary - Svijany, Černá Hora, Primátor, Pernštejn dále mlékárny - Promil, Mladá Boleslav, Poděbrady. Druhá část činnosti je zaměřena na velké investiční zakázky, kde spolupracujeme na projektech firmy SAINT GOBAIN po celé Evropě - Polsko, Rumunsko, Německo, Belgie, Francie, Irsko. V Německu jsme smluvním partnerem firmy LUBE - KRINGS, kde provádíme montáže potrubních celků po celém Německu. V České republice realizujeme mimo jiné rekonstrukce čističek odpadních vod, montáže topení, chlazení a vody opět pro větší investiční akce.
Třetí část činnosti je prodej elektrického nářadí a spotřebního materiálu - řezné, brusné, lešticí a lamelové kotouče, diamantové kotouče vrtáky, drátěné kartáče do ručního nářadí, průmyslové kartáče, pilové plátky a ruční pily, technické frézy, brusivo na plátně a na papíře, jádrové vrtáky, benzínové zatáčečky, elektrické ruční nářadí, vzduchové ruční nářadí, drážkovačka zdiva, těsnící lišty, magnetické vrtačky, kolejnicové vrtačky, elektro-hydraulické stříhačky oceli, ruční nůžky na ocelové pruty a pásy.

The company Montáže Ratajský, s. r. o., enjoys fifteen years of practice in the field of welding in the chemical and food industries, TIG and MIG welding, welding with a sheathed electrode, assembly and repairs of piping systems, manufacturing of piping systems, manufacturing and assembly of steel constructions. The company produces and installs all kinds of piping and technological systems, be it for large companies or (as in recent years) in its own projects. The first type of activities concerns stainless steel systems for the food and chemical industries. Examples of applications: breweries - Svijany, Černá Hora, Primátor, Pernštejn, moreover dairies - Promil, Mladá Boleslav, Poděbrady. The second type of activities is orientated to large capital-investment projects, in which we cooperate on the projects of the company SAINT GOBAIN throughout the whole Europe - Poland, Rumania, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland. In Germany we are a contract partner of the company LUBE - KRINGS and we make the assemblies of piping systems throughout the whole Germany. In the Czech Republic we reconstruct - among others - the waste water treating plants, assemblies of heating, cooling and water-supply systems for large capital-investment projects.
Third part of our activities concerns the sale of electric tools and expendable property - cutting, grinding, polishing, and lamella wheels, diamond wheels, drills, wire brushes for hand-operated tools, industrial brushes, saw slices and hand-operated saws, technical milling machines, abrasives on paper and fabric, core drills, electrical hand-operated tools, compressed-air driven hand-operated tools, groove planers of brickworks, sealing laths, magnetic drills, rail drills, electric-and-hydraulic steel cutters, manual shears for steel bars and bands

Activities (in German language)/Předmět činnosti (německy):
Die Gesellschaft Montáže Ratajský, s.r.o. stützt sich auf 15 Jahre Praxis auf dem Gebiet Schweißarbeiten in der chemischen und Nahrungsmittelindustrie; TIG- und MIG-Schweißarbeiten, Schweißen mit umhüllter Elektrode, Montage und Reparatur von Rohrleitungen, Bau von Rohrleitungsanlagen, Herstellung und Montage von Stahlkonstruktionen. Herstellung und Montage aller Arten von Rohrleitungen und technologischen Anlagen, sei es für größere Firmen oder in letzter Zeit auch nach eigenen Projekten. Ein Bereich sind Nahrungsmittel- und chemische Betriebe (Werkstoffe - rostfreier Stahl); Beispiele: Brauereien (Svijany, Černá Hora, Primátor, Pernštejn), kleine Molkereien (Promil, Mladá Boleslav, Poděbrady). Der zweite Bereich sind Großaufträge für Investitionsanlagen - Mitarbeit an Projekten der Firma SAINT GOBAIN europaweit - Polen, Rumänien, Deutschland, Belgien, Frankreich und Irland. In Deutschland Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma LUBE - KRINGS (Montage von Rohrleitungsanlagen in ganz Deutschland). In Tschechien u. A. Rekonstruktion von Abwasser-Kläranlagen, Montage von Heizungs- und Kühlanlagen sowie Wasserleitungen im Rahmen größerer Investitionsvorhaben
Dritter Tätigkeitsbereich: Verkauf von elektrischen Werkzeugen und Verschleißmaterial - Schleif-, Schneid-, Polier- und Lamellenscheiben, Diamantschleifscheiben, Bohrer, Drahtbürsten für Handwerkzeug, Industriebürsten, Sägeblätter und Handsägen, technische Fräser, Schleifpapier (Leinwand und Papier), Kernbohrer, Benzinkrümmer, elektrisches und pneumatisches Handwerkszeug, Mauerwerk-Falzmaschine, Dichtleisten, magnetische Bohrmaschinen, elektrohydraulische Stahlschneidemaschinen sowie Handscheren für Stahlstangen und Bandstahl
