1.Ingot Teeming Flux Ingot teeming flux is used to
clean the surface of ingot-making and steel cast -
productions. Our company has several types
of ingot teeming flux applicalbe to several types
of steel. Its ingredients are SiO2 35 ¢¦ 45%,
Al2O3 7 ¢¦Al2O3 7 ¢¦15%, CaO 5 ¢¦ 15%, C 15 ¢¦ 25%
and UBD is U.B.D. 0.4 ¢¦0.6 gr/cc.
2.Anti-piping Compound In ingot-making process,
on the top of ingot case, if the temperature does
not maintain high, the middle part of ingot is
shrinked after cooling. To prevent this defection,
anti-piping compound is used. Its ingredients are
M-Al 25% Min, Al2O3 15%min, SiO214% Max etc.

3.Insulating parts of ingot. Speedy manufacturing
is possible considering mold type and size.
