MSS has developed a reputation as one of Ireland's leading
Personnel Support and Recruitment Consultants. Our Directors, John
Barry (Personnel), and David Casey (Recruitment) have many years
of experience in their respective fields which enables us to
provide a comprehensive range of services to our Clients.
MSS provides Personnel Support and representation to Companies
who may have limited or no H. R. Resources.
In relation to Industrial relations MSS is concerned with handling
problems and providing "hands-on" support in dealing with
Personnel related issues - often in a pressurised environment.
Because of the level of practical experience gained MSS can
recognise and understand the problems confronting people,
management and staff in all areas of business in areas of
Personnel.
Our Human Resource service varies from advice and support where
necessary to the overseeing of the complete Human Resource
Function, including administration.
Our Recruitment Division provides a comprehensive service to all
types of Business covering a wide range of recruitment activity
from general recruitment projects to specialised search and
selection.
MSS Training provides courses and workshops in all key
supervisory/management areas, employment legislation and personal
skills development and outplacement skills. The courses are
created out of the pastoral experience of the trainers.
