SAM MILLS este cel mai mare producător de mălai din sud-estul Europei a cărui produse sunt prezente pe piaţa din România sub brandul ARPIS, iar pentru export sub brandul SAM MILLS.
În prezent, capacitatea de măcinare porumb a ajuns la peste 500 t/zi, iar la grâu 160 t/zi, având o distribuţie foarte bună pe piaţa din România (98% din retail-ul tradiţional şi modern) şi fiind unul dintre furnizorii principali din domeniul industrial.

MORÄ‚RIT
- Mălai extra degerminat, Goldmaya - mălai grisat, făină albă Premium, griş alimentar Premium.
ULEI
- Capitano - ulei de porumb nerafinat.
PASTE FÄ‚INOASE
- Pasta D'oro - paste făinoase fără gluten, 100% porumb;
- Pasta D'oro extra - paste făinoase mixte, obţinute din amestec de făină de grâu, grâu dur şi porumb.
Produsele speciale din portofoliul SAM MILLS sunt:
- ulei de porumb extra-virgin - ulei de porumb nerafinat, 100% natural, obţinut fără procese chimice, doar prin presare şi filtrare;
- uleiul de porumb Arpis este un produs 100% natural extras din germeni de porumb prin metode exclusiv fizice şi de aceea nu conţine acizi graşi (nocivi pentru organism). Este un produs bogat în vitamina A şi E care combat radicalii liberi din organism şi au un rol deosebit în protejarea pielii şi a vederii. Spre deosebire de uleiurile extrase chimic şi apoi rafinate, uleiul Arpis este format din lipide simple, naturale şi nefragmentate datorită cărora acest ulei poate fi folosit de mai multe ori la prăjit decât uleiurile obişnuite şi nu transmite gustul şi mirosul alimentelor de la o prăjire la alta. Acest ulei se poate utiliza în orice scop culinar (salate, gătit sau prăjit).
PASTA D'ORO - paste fără gluten, 100% din porumb:
- sunt produse naturale având în compoziţie doar făină de porumb şi apă;
- nu conţin gluten, conservanţi, coloranţi, colesterol sau ou;
- sunt destinate tuturor celor care sunt interesaţi de o alimentaţie sănătoasă, însă în mod special persoanelor cu intoleranţă la gluten, diabeticilor, copiilor şi femeilor însărcinate;
- se folosesc ca şi pastele obişnuite (pot fi folosite cu orice sos, supă sau lapte), însă au un gust şi un aspect deosebit (nu se sfărâmă şi nu se lipesc în timpul sau după fierbere);
- au cel mai bun preţ de pe piaţa pastelor fără gluten;

SAM MILLS is located in Satu Mare, North-West of Romania and has the biggest corn milling capacity from the east Europe (500 to/day for corn and 160 to/day for wheat).
SAM MILLS has reached 35% market share for corn flour in Romania (ACNielsen, Retail Audit); the second one has only 14%.
Also, SAM MILLS has a strong distribution network in Romania (95% of modern and traditional trade) and are providing corn grits for industry market (beer and snacks).

- Pasta d'oro - gluten free pasta, 100% corn;
- Pasta d'oro Extra - mix pasta obtain by high quality flour from: wheat, durum wheat and corn;

1) Pasta D'oro - gluten free corn pasta
Advantages of our gluten free pasta from corn are:
- price - 3-4 times lower than competitors;
- taste - it is like normal/regular pasta (and not dietetic at all); so we are targeting all people and not only niche (gluten intolerance persons);
- boiling and after boiling behavior - no stick together; that feature recommend corn pasta the best ingredient for ready meals!

2) Extra Virgin Corn Oil
- obtained by filter press only, without any chemical processes;
- 100% natural product, extracted from the germ of the corn kernel through physical methods only (it is not refined throigh chemical processes). This is why it doesn't contain fatty acids (harmful to the organism);
- has a high content of tocopherol (or vitamin E), with powerful antioxidant role (fights against body free radicals);
- it contains carotenoids (precursors of vitamin A), that have a special role in skin protection and sight improving;
- it is made of natural, simple fats, not fragmented by the chemical processes. That is why it can be used for frying more times than refined oils and doesn't transfer the food taste through frying;
