Activities:
Manufacturer of wave / compression springs, spiral retaining rings & snap rings. Wave springs reduce spring heights by 50%, spiral rings have No Ears to Interfere with mating components in an assembly. 7,000 stock sizes in stainless and carbon steel.
Using half the height of a coil spring, wave springs offer the same force and deflection. Wave springs fit in tight radial and axial spaces. Spiral rings offer 360° degree retaining surface and are interchangeable with standard snap ring grooves. Spiral retaining rings require no special tools for removal and have No Ears to Interfere with the assembly. Special designs can be manufactured from .200" to 90" diameters with No Tooling Charges. Exotic alloys are readily available.
