Zitt ist führend in der Bearbeitung und Verarbeitung von Metall und Kunststoffen und Spezialist für D-O-M-Prozesse. Druck und Kennzeichnung, Oberflächenveredelung und mechanische Bearbeitung werden in einem Haus angeboten und liefern so optimale Lösungen und bei größtmöglicher Kostenreduktion. Produziert werden neben allen Arten von Industrieschildern, Embleme, Frontplatten, Frontfolien, Rollenettiketten, Plaketten industrielle Bauteile aus Aluminium. Mit den D-O-M-Prozessen werden auch Lohnarbeiten in der Metallbearbeitung mit sägen, schneiden, bohren, fräsen, senken, biegen etc. übernommen. Ebenso werden von Zitt Oberflächenveredelungen von Eloxierarbeiten bis zu Glasperlenstrahlen durchgeführt. Besondere Kompetenz hat das Unternehmen in der Prozessentwicklung und Lösungsfindung für kombinierte Verfahren wie z.B. die Kunststoffhinterspritzung

Zitt is a leading company in the field of processing and machining of metals and plastic materials and a specialist company for P-S-M (printing and labelling, surface finishing and mechanical working) processes. Printing and labelling, surface refinement and mechanical processing are services that we offer in our one-stop company and this is the reason why we provide optimum solutions at a largest possible reduction of costs. In addition to all kinds of industrial-purpose labels, emblems, front plates, front films, roll material labels and type plates, etc. we produce aluminium components and parts. Within the scope of the PSM processes we also perform wage-work in the field of metal working with tasks, such as sawing, cutting, drilling, milling, untersinking, bending and many more. In addition surface refinement work is performed at Zitt, ranging from anodising to glass-bead abrasion. The company commands special skills and competences in the field of process development and solution finding for combined processes, e.g. for in-mould decoration.
