Davall Gears specialises in the design, prototyping, and production manufacture of custom gearboxes, high precision gears, odd form geometry gears and make to print gears.
We are an independent company based in Hatfield, just north of London, and our gears are used in a wide range of markets including aerospace, military, medical, Automotive and industrial.
We have developed a specialist gear technology known as Spiradrive.
This spiroid gear form offers a very high power density high torque in a small area), wide range of gear ratios (typ. 8:1 to 200:1), with very low backlash, the option for zero (pre-loaded) backlash, and smooth operation (low transmission errors).
We also offer a fully comprehensive Stock gear (off the shelf) product range.
