It is designed to assist businesses to become established and sustainable during their start up phase, by providing business advice and services, access to investor, market and international networks, mentoring and a full time, hands-on management team. In addition, ±Yozmot± offers shared premises as well as administrative support in the form of secretarial, legal and accounting services. ±Yozmot± also assists in obtaining the key R&D financing from the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (OCS). All projects that are accepted into ±Yozmot± must register as limited liability companies, and adhere the OCS regulations. The equity shares will be divided between the entrepreneur (50%), Yozmot (20%), the investor (20%), and project personnel (10%).
