Stent is one of the UK's largest ground engineering contractors with an annual turnover in excess of £60 million. The company designs and constructs foundations for all types of building, structures and civil engineering works. Its wide range of piling techniques includes rotary bored piling, CFA piling, precast driven piling, vibropiling and retaining wall piling. In addition the company carries out diaphragm walling and ground improvement utilising environmental techniques. Stent has successfully completed some of the UK's most demanding and innovative piling projects ranging from foundations for the Emirates Stadium and Wembley Stadium to retaining structures for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Stent also operate the Industries' largest manufacturing facilities based in Nottinghamshire and Scotland for the production of Precast Concrete piles for delivery throughout the UK.
