The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company is part of the Peel Ports Group, the second largest port group in the United Kingdom, encompassing the Ports of Liverpool and Heysham on the West Coast, the Medway Ports of Sheerness and Chatham in the South East of England, Clydeport in Scotland and the Manchester Ship Canal.
