James Walker supplies a full range of fluid sealing products and services to keep industry running safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. Over 250,000 products are manufacturer, with eight-million stocked for immediate despatch. When off the shelf products cannot solve a problem, James Walker will custom-design the optimum sealing solution to meet exact operational specifications.
In addition, elastomeric components are compression moulded to 2.2m diameter, vacuum compression mould to 2.0m, mould-joined to unlimited diameters, injection moulded to 500mm and extruded by continuous or batch processes. Precision profiles are produced from ANY sheet metal by CAD/CAM abrasive water-jet cutters.
High performance sealing products include gaskets, jointings, compression packings, hydraulic seals, 'O' rings, walkersele® lip seals, cartridge seals, Nebar® cork-elastomer gaskets and custom designed sealing systems. General and high performance elastomers are compounded in-house.
