The Centre for Innovative Leadership (CIL)
was founded in 1989 by Louis van der Merwe.
CIL principals and associates currently work world-wide
within the CIL base in Europe, with many Fortune 500
companies, and NGOs in the areas of scenario based strategy, leadership & executive development and organisation renewal.
CIL's offices in Europe
(Dublin, Ireland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands) and South Africa
enable us to provide a high level of service to our clients
through our associates and alliances. Our extensive experience in
organisations in North America, Europe, The Far East and South
Africa enable us to contribute effectively across a wide range of
cultures. CIL regularly works with large organisations in the 6000
- 60,000 person range.
