Naše společnost se řadí mezi přední dodavatele elektronických komponent na českém a slovenském trhu. Svým prvotřídním servisem a kvalitou zboží jsme získali řadu zákazníků v oblasti automobilového a elektrotechnického průmyslu, stejně tak v oboru telekomunikačních technologií či sféře světelné reklamy (signmakingu) a architektury, kde se všude prolínají tři hlavní produkty, jejichž prodejem se naše společnost zabývá:
- LED (světlo vyzařující dioda)
- PCB (desky tištěných spojů)
- LCD (displeje z tekutých krystalů)
Pro zákazníky, kteří potřebují vyvinout či osadit kompletní výrobek s cílem snížení nákladů, je naše společnost rovněž připravená řešit tuto problematiku od návrhu až po dodání finálního výrobku, což uplatňujeme zejména v oblasti osvětlení, kde většina produktů obsahuje nejvýkonnější LED našich obchodních partnerů, společností Cree a Sharp.
Péče o zákazníka je pro nás prvořadá, vždy se snažíme maximálně porozumět jeho požadavkům a nalézt rychlé a optimální řešení při výběru produktu s nejvhodnější cenou. Spokojenost a s ní související důvěra v naší společnost jsou hlavní principy firemní politiky, kterou praktikujeme od samého počátku a i z tohoto důvodu jsme se účastnili procesu implementace normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, jejíž jsme držiteli od roku 2007.

Our Company shall be ranked among the leading suppliers of electronic components in the Czech and Slovak market. On account of our first rate service and top quality products we have won many customers from automotive sector and electrical industry. All the same we have succeeded in the telecommunication technologies, sign making area, and architecture, accordingly in the fields, where the three main products of our company are concerned:
- LED (light-emitting diode)
- PCB (printed circuit boards)
- LCD (liquid crystal displays)
For customers in need to develop or mount a final product to reduce its costs, our company is able and ready to provide full service for them, from making design to delivering end-product. This we have been applying particularly in general lighting area where most of the products is powered with the most advanced LED technology made by Cree or Sharp.
The customer support is our very first priority. We do our best to fully understand his requirements and to find quickly an optimum solution while selecting the product with a most affordable price. The main principles of our company policy we maintain from the beginning are the customer satisfaction and the resulting confidence in our company. This is also the reason we took part in ISO 9001: 2001 implementation which we have been holding since 2007.

Einer der führenden Lieferanten von elektronischen Bauteilen auf dem tschechischen und slowakischen Markt. Dank dem erstklassigen Service und der hervorragende Warenqualität gehören Abnehmer aus dem Automobilbau und der elektrotechnischen Industrie, aber auch Hersteller von Telekommunikationstechnik und Leuchtreklame (Signmaking) sowie Architekten zu den Kunden der Firma. Bei allen überschneiden sich die Hauptprodukte, mit deren Verkauf sich die Gesellschaft befasst:
- LED-Dioden
- Halbleiterplatten
- LCD-Bildschirme
Für Kunden, die die Entwicklung oder Bestückung kompletter Produkte mit dem Ziel der Kostensenkung benötigen, findet die Firma Problemlösungen vom Entwurf bis zur Lieferung des Endproduktes. Das betrifft vor allem den Bereich Beleuchtung, wo wir meistens die leistungsfähigen LED-Dioden unserer Hauptgeschäftspartner, der Firmen Cree und Sharp, einsetzen.
Kundenpflege ist für die Firma vorrangig, im jedem Fall versucht sie, die Kundenbedürfnisse maximal zu verstehen und eine schnelle und optimale Lösung zu finden und dabei die Produkte mit dem günstigsten Preis zu wählen. Zufriedenheit und das damit verbundene Vertrauen der Kunden in das Unternehmen sind die Hauptprinzipien der Firmenpolitik, von der sich die Firma von allem Anfang an leiten ließ. Aus diesem Grund unterzog sie sich auch dem Prozess der Implementierung der Norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, für die die Firma seit 2007 zertifiziert ist.
