Spuitgieten / plastic injection moulding
Rosti Nederland B.V. behoort tot de Rosti Technical Plastics Group. Rosti is een spuitgiet bedrijf en is op wereldwijde schaal een ontwikkelaar en producent van kunststof spuitgiet producten, assemblages en diensten met een hoge mate van precisie. We werken voor de medische en farmaceutische industrie en produceren ook onderdelen voor de auto industrie, huishoudelijk apparaten, elektrische en elektronische apparaten, cosmetische persoonlijke verzorging en hygiëne producten en producten voor de dranken en voedingsmiddelen industrie maar ook voor onderdelen en modules kantoormachines (printers kopieermachines en faxen).
We leveren gelakte, bedrukte, gelaste, gegalvaniseerde en gelijmde producten. We hebben technieken zoals in mould labeling,(IML), gasinjectie, meer componenten spuitgieten en galvaniseren laser etching veelal in huis.
We zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen produceren van kunststof spuitgiet producten in hoge aantallen met een hoge mate van precisie die automatisch worden geassembleerd, inclusief het maken van het 3D CAD ontwerp, ontwerp en aanmaak matrijzen, prototypes en het ontwerp en bouw van de gehele productie lijn.
Rosti heeft vestigingen in Europa, Azië en Amerika. Productievestigingen zijn er in Schotland, Nederland, Polen, China, en in de USA
Onze bedrijven zijn onder andere gecertificeerd volgens ISO 9001, de automobiel standaard TS 16949 en de medische standaard ISO 13485.

Rosti Technical Plastics is an injection moulding company and a global developer and manufacturer of high quality injection moulded plastic products, systems and services for customers in the Electronic, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Domestic Appliances and Personal care components, Consumer Electronics, Business Machines , Food and Beverage and related markets.
We deliver painting, galvanising, tampon printing, in mould labelling (IML), gas-assisted moulding, multi component moulding, laser etching welding, gluing etc of injection moulded plastic parts and components. The services, amongst others, include design & prototyping, project management, custom built engineering, tooling, prototyping and total system assembly. We are meeting the highest specification levels and can work in high volumes at a highly automated level.
Rosti Technical Plastics have sites in Europe, Asia and the Americas. There are a total of nine production sites, and these can be found in Denmark, Scotland, Poland, The Netherlands, China, and the USA.

Rosti Nederland B.V. gehört zu der Rosti Technical Plastics Gruppe. Rosti ist ein Spritzgiessunternehmen und ist ein weltweiter Entwickler und Produzent von Kunststoff Spritzgiessprodukten, Montageprodukten und Diensten mit einem hohen Maß an Präzision. Wir arbeiten für die medizinische und pharmazeutische Industrie und produzieren auch Teile für die Automobilindustrie, Haushaltsgeräte, elektrische und elektronische Geräte, kosmetische persönliche Pflege und Gesundheitsprodukte, Produkte für die Getränke- und Nahrungsmittelindustrie so wie Teile und Module für Büromaschinen (Drücker, Kopiergeräte, Faxgeräte).
Wir liefern lackierte, bedruckte, geschweißte, galvanisierte und geklebte Produkte. Wir haben Techniken in unserem Haus wie In Mould Labelling (IML), Gas-innendruck-spritzguss , sprtizgiessen von mehreren Komponenten, galvanisieren, lackieren und laser-etching.
Wir sind spezialisiert in der Entwicklung und Produktion von Kunststoff Sprtizgiessprodukten in großen Mengen mit einem hohen Maß an Präzision die automatisch montiert werden inklusive der Anfertigung des 3D CAD Entwurfes, Entwurf und Anfertigung von Matrizen, Prototype und der Entwurf und Bau der gesamten Produktionslinie.
Rosti hat Standorte in Europa, Asien und Amerika. Produktionsstandorte gibt es in Schottland, den Niederlanden, Polen, China, und den Vereinigten Staaten.
Unsere Betriebe sind unter anderem certifiziert laut ISO 9001, der Automobilstandard TS16949 und der medizinische Standard ISO 13485.
