Activities (in Polish language)/Działalność:
Jesteśmy firmą działającą w branży konstrukcji stalowych oraz specjalistycznego wykonawstwa robót i prefabrykacji aparatów, urządzeń i instalacji technologicznych przemysłu chemicznego.
Posiadamy technologie wytwarzania aparatury i urządzeń ze stali węglowych, stopowych, tytanu i aluminum. Jesteśmy jednocześnie firmą posiadającą własne ekipy montażowe mogące realizować montaże naszych lub powierzonych elementów stalowych oraz rezalizować prace usługowo-remontowe.
Nasze możliwości techniczne to:
- zwijanie blach do grubości 16 mm,
- cięcie blach na gilotynie o grubości do 12 mm,
- cięcie i ukosowanie blach,
- stosowane procesy spawania: 111; 131; 135; 141; 311; 114,
- obróbka skrawaniem: toczenie do średnicy 900 mm; frezowanie, struganie,
- własny sprzęt dźwigowy: 10t, 16t; 25t; 8t.

Die Geschäftstätigkeit unserer Firma bezieht sich auf die Branche des Stahlbaus sowie der Durchführung von Spezialarbeiten und der Vorfertigung von Apparaten, Einrichtungen und technologischen Installationen für die chemische Industrie.
Wir verfügen über Technologien der Herstellung von Apparatur und Einrichtungen aus Kohlenstoffstahl, legiertem Stahl, Titanium und Aluminium. Unsere Firma hat auch eigene Montagegruppen, die Montage sowohl unserer als auch vom Kunden anvertrauter Stahlelemente sowie Dienstleistungs- und Überholungsarbeiten durchführen können.
Unsere technischen Möglichkeiten:
- Rollen /Aufhaspeln/ von Blech bis 16 mm stark,
- Blechschneiden auf Blechtafelschere bis zu einer Stärke von 12 mm,
- Blechscheiden und -facettieren,
- Schweißprozesse: 111; 131; 135; 141; 311,
- spangebende Bearbeitung: Drehen bis zu einem Durchmesser von 900 mm; Fräsen, Hobeln,
- eigene Kranausrüstung: 10t; 16t; 25t.
