Valley Rubber

Valley Rubber manufacture autoclave cured, formed tubes and convoluted hoses, together with specialist compression and injection rubber mouldings to TS 16949. Our convoluted tubes are primarily used as breather tubes for respirator face-mask applications from emergency breather systems to Aqualungs. We also produce non-reinforced hoses for low-pressure systems carrying a wide variety of fluids including water, air and fuel especially for the automotive industry Further products include rubber-to-metal bondings, dual moulded hoses, mandrel formed hoses and extrusions..
Technically based we offer advice and service to designers and engineers on materials and manufacturing processes and provide solutions to technical problems involving all rubber materials.
As part of the Cellular Developments Group we offer a wide variety of rubber mouldings, hoses and extrusions, and with experienced Technologists and our Group tooling facility we can produce fast prototype and production tooling to assist with developments projects, and produce products to BS EN ISO 9001-2000 and TS16949.
