Westley Group consists of companies that offer a TOTAL CASTING SERVICE. The companies within our group are:
*Spunalloys - Are the Uk's largest manufacturer of non ferrous centrifugal castings. We produce your castings from a vast array of plain and flanged dies, from small diameters up to 2m diameter and up to 3m long. Our main alloys include: Nickel Aluminium Bronze, Aluminium Bronze, Phosphor Bronze, Leaded Bronze, Tin Bronze, Gunmetal, Leaded Gunmetal, Brass, Cupro Nickel, Cormin, Chrome Copper, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Ni Resist and customer own or alternative alloys.
*Westley - Have supplied high integrity non-ferrous sand castings, to the world's best engineering companies, for over 200 years. Our production capabilities mean that we can cast from as little as a few kg's up to 9 tonnes per individual casting. Our responsiveness and flexibility are of key benefit to our customers.
*Westley Machine Shop - Offer finish machining on all of our castings. We complete the TOTAL CASTING SERVICE, by producing your product complete to specification/drawing. We have machines including CNC milling, conventional milling (digital read out), CNC turning, conventional turning, CNC vertical borer, conventional vertical borers, horizontal borer, drilling radial arms and many more. We can machine any one piece up to 20 tonnes in weight.
