Eine unserer Spezialität
sind "Präzise Feinblechteile von Muster bis zur Serie, fertig lackiert und montiert". Wir fertigen nach Zeichnung, Angabe, Muster oder eigener Konstruktion. So werden zum Beispiel seriennahe Teile für Crash-Versuche von uns hergestellt mit Behelfswerkzeugen. Ausserdem Multi Media Gehäuse mit Montage und Entwicklung für SB-Banken, Internet-Terminals usw. Durch jahrzehntelange Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung können wir Sie fachgerecht beraten und Ihnen Fertigungslösungen aufzeigen.

Rapid Prototyping
von kompletten Feinblechteilen ist eine SPEZIALITÄT unserer Blechfertigung. Mit der neuen Maschine können die Formen in 3D direkt gefräst und dann die Teile in den hergestellten Werkzeugen darin gepresst werden. Somit sind wir in der Lage Feinbleche, Frästeile, Vorserienteile und Prototypen vom Entwurf bis zur Serienreife zu fertigen und zu entwickeln und das alles aus einer Hand. Natürlich können auch sehr anspruchsvolle Frästeile gefertigt werden. Die neue Maschine ist in der Lage bis zu 4 Achsen simultan zu bewegen. Die neue CAM-Software dazu ist vorhanden und das Team von HERMANN BLECHTECHNIK freut sich schon auf neue Herausforderungen.

One of our Specialities
is the manufacturing of .precision sheet parts., from the prototype up to series production, painted and assembled. We produce according to drawings, specifications, samples or own construction. Therefore, we manufacture parts, in close-to-series production quality for crash tests by means of auxiliary tools. In addition, we produce multi-media casings including assembly and development for automated bank facilities, internet terminals, etc. Due to our long-term experience in the field of metal sheet working we are able to offer you professional advice and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

The HERMANN BLECHTECHNIK company,
"the specialist manufacturer for metal sheet precision parts", has extended its production facilities by the HSC milling centre. With the help of up-to-date CAD-CAM programming technology (3D) we develop and construct the parts you wish or we incorporate your data via Odette, FritzCard or e-mail.

Rapid Prototyping
of complete metal sheet precision parts is one of the specialist features of our metal sheet production. With our new machine we are able to directly mill the dies in 3D and then forge the parts in the produced dies. Therefore we have developed into a one-stop-shop for precision metal sheets, milling parts, pre-production parts and prototypes, carrying out all processes, from developing the drafts up to carrying out the series production. Naturally, we are also able to produce high-precision milling parts. Our new machine is designed to move up to four shafts simultaneously; and the new CAM software for these processes is available as well. The team of HERMANN BLECHTECHNIK is looking forward to new challenges.
