Conception et maintenance de systèmes utilisant la technique du vide : dépôt, gravure, recherche, source d'ions, scrapper horizontal, chambres, banc de source d'ions, synchrotrons. Composants ultra vide : chambre à vide, manipulateurs et organes de transfert...chaudronnerie blanche (spécialisé inox), service R-D salle de nettoyage (lessive, ultrasons, attaque acide et passivation)
*AUTOMATISME*
Etude et réalisation de la partie commande et contrôle d'équipements neufs. Automatisation de process manuels (automobile, nucléaire, pétrochimie, agro-alimentaire, ferroviaire, laboratoires de recherches...) tunnel de polymérisation, lignes d'assemblage modulaires.
*FABRICATION ET MAINTENANCE*
Nous réalisons toutes vos pièces (3 000m2 d'atelier) : châssis et pièces de tôlerie + maintenance de vos machines (industrie, BTP, marine, ferroviaire). Plus de 3000 références en hydraulique (marques Eaton, Schell, Argo, Vickers...).

*VACUUM TECHNOLOGY*
Design and maintenance of vacuum-based systems : coating, engraving, research, ion source, horizontal scrapper, chambers, ion-source bench, synchrotrons. Ultra-vacuum components: vacuum chambers, manipulators and transfer elements... white sheet metal work (stainless steel specialist), R&D service cleaning room (washing,
ultrasounds, acid attack and passivating).
*AUTOMATION*
Design and production of the control and monitoring section of new equipment. Automation of manual processes (automobile, nuclear, petro-chemical, agri-food, railway, research laboratories...), polymerisation tunnel, modular assembly lines.
*MANUFACTURING AND MAINTENANCE*
We produce all your parts (workshop on 3,000 m2) : chassis and plate shop parts + maintenance of your machines (industry, public construction, marine, railway). Over 3,000 references in hydraulics (Eaton, Schell, Argo, Vickers...)
