Description of the Product

SUN51 can modify the starch. After reaching the gelatinization temperature, the starch slurry begins to become viscous. Under the action of  SUN51, the starch slurry fluidity increases rapidly and the viscosity is lower. When a certain viscosity is reached and the temperature rises above 95 ° C, SUN51 loses its activity, and the viscosity reduction ends and remains stable. With the sizing enzyme SUN51, the viscosity value can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the production requirements at the production site, which has unparalleled flexibility of oxidized modified starch.
