Za-Ber - The Company Machining for contractors / assembly / testing.It was born in 1959 thanks to the experience gained by its original members in the mechanical field: then the main business was repairing mechanical machinery and equipments. As time passed all this developed into what the company is today. Today, thanks to its modern and efficient instruments, Za-Ber is able to realize highly specialized mechanical machinery, equipment and parts, designed on the pictures given by the customers. Making use of a team of expert collaborators, our company carries out a feasibility study on the customer's project, even if it was not detailed by the customer. Plastic materials, plant engineering for ecological recycling, aeronautics, pharmacology, heavy mechanics, machine tools, are just examples of the sectors in which Za-Ber offers its assistance. It keeps developing its machines and installations to guarantee the best flexibility and quality to its customers. Upon customer's request, it also offers its cooperation taking part in prototipe projects, working through their evolution to their assembly and funcional test. The quality of the workings is certified in accordance with the laws UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 applied to precision mechanical machining on customer's drawings. The whole company system is based on the satisfaction of customer's expectations, considering the reliability of the company, the characteristics and completeness of the workings, the delivery-time, optimizing the costs and improving inner efficiency, always operating in accordance with current laws and settlements. The profitable cooperation with some of the most important Italian companies allows Za-Ber to have enviable references, that are able to guarantee high quality of our products. Cert. N.1021/5 MILLING BORING: We are able to realize parts till the dimensions of 2200 x 6000 even with CNC machines. VERTICAL TURNING: We are able to realize parts till the dimension of D.4000 x H. 2200 even with CNC machines. SQUARE GRINDING: We are able to square-grind surfaces with dimensions till 1000 x 1000 X 4000. PARALLEL TURNING: We are able to realize parts till the dimension of D.1200 x L.6000 even with CNC machines. CIRCULAR GRINDING: We are able to grind on circular surfaces D. 600X2500, holes D.150 X 300, with rotating balancing table. INTERNAL LAPPING: We can lap holes till D.600 x H.2000. SLOTTER: We are able to realize keyway on parts till D. 2400 x H. 1000 and lenght 1000. SPARK EROSION: Za-Ber has a modern wire electroerosion machine. Capacity up to 1600 mm x 1200 mm x 800 mm. ASSEMBLY: Large area for assembly. PAINTING: Za-Ber has a capacious painting box with dryer. TESTING: Za-Ber has more than 300 measuring machineries.

The thirty-year experience in the design and construction of progressive dies for tool maker fields has enabled Sacel to develop a consolidated method of multidisciplinary cooperation. The teamwork between designers, engineers and specialized workmen has always guaranteed an efficient process management, from design and development product to research and selection of the technologies and adapted instruments to components manufacture. The Research & Development department is able to offer, according to the different and various customer?s needs, a wide range of solutions that include product engineering, progressive dies design and construction, development of the entire production process and all the related control phases, the engineering and construction of complete industrial automations. The plant located in Ozegna is dedicated to the design and construction of the tools and equipment, progressive dies, which are used for serial production of various types of items. The progressive dies and all the equipment construction used for the production takes place in Sacel?s tool shop, an advanced department equipped with EDM erosion (wire and spark), milling, grinding and turning machine tools all with CNC technology. The possibility to have an internal tool shop entirely dedicated to the production, assembly and maintenance of the progressive dies and all other kind of equipment, enable Sacel to assure and maintain high constant quality level which can cover the whole product life. The San Giorgio Canavese plant accommodates the Sacel production department. Thanks to the various technologies it offers the possibility to produce several diverse items details. The production lines include metal stamping with progressive dies, plastic injection molding, over molding, laser welding and assembly. The versatility of the technologies which can be used and integrated together offers the opportunity to manage all the production chain phases in the best way, from the design to the set-up of the entire production process. The detailed control that this kind of organization consent to apply, together with the potentiality of the most updated working stations and an efficient and qualified staff, guarantees the possibility to realize different complexity products with excellent result certainty.
